charming day | Hero Arts

Hello and Happy Friday Eve! My project was inspired by the newest Inspired by Challenge: Bracelets

For today’s card I reached for this fun set from Hero Arts via Scrapbook.com:

  • Hero Arts – Tote-Ally Awesome Collection | Die + Clear Photopolymer Stamp Bundle

I stamped the sentiment in Distress Oxide Broken China and lightly blended Antique Linen over the tote to give it a well-loved, grungy look.

ColorWheel Cardstock:

  • Bellini
  • Malibu
  • Alabaster
  • Fawn

The tiny charms were stamped onto Alabaster cardstock using Lawn Fawn Crunchy Leaf. Then came the fussy cutting…so they could actually hang from the O-ring. Totally worth it!

One funny thing…I accidentally made my card 3.75″ × 5.5″ instead of A2. 😂 Happy accident though, I actually love how perfectly the tote fills the slimmer design.

Isn’t that bag charm amazing? I worked with Davina of Popsiclesticks and I absolutely love the end result. She made those clay alpha and coffee beans beads! She’s so talented! Make sure you check out her:

  2. Very cute and fun card. It’s neat how your accidental boo boo worked out because the card is perfect as is. (Charms) seem to be in right now. I just saw a different set by Emily Moore today.
