Here’s how I was inspired for today’s hop:

I combined these Altenew products:

I used the coordinating stencils to color the blooms and leaves. They’ve been stamped onto watercolor paper for ease of ink blending. Look at that fun Delightfully Dotty background!

I’m loving this combo of products! The Translucent Foliage set is an amazingly versatile set.

I’m the end of the blog hop! Remember to leave comments for a chance to win!

  1. The soft colors are so pretty on the flowers. the playful dotted background adds a celebratory sense to this lovely card.

  2. Very pretty! Lovely soft colors and blending. I like your use of the watercolor paper, added it’s own bit of texture to the flowers.

  3. Such a pretty card. I love the soft pastel flowers against the textured background. Thank you for the lovely inspiration!

  4. I never thought of blending on watercolor card stock with ink. I’ve always just used watercolors-and with not great results! I love how your flowers look, especially with the dotted background to give it a bit of texture.

  5. Like the pastel colors you used on the flowers, so soft looking. Love your card, the background is great. I cross stitch and that background reminds me of the fabric. I got the background too!!!
