Hello and Happy Tuesday! I’m excited to be up on the Spellbinders blog. I have a bit of a sneak peek of one of my three projects that I designed especially for today:

Make sure you check out the Spellbinders blog + Spellbinders Shop!

I wanted to go ahead and also create a new project to share on my blog today.

I had so much fun picking out colors for today’s card. Here’s my Spellbinders product list for the NEW Spring in Kyoto Collection by Alex Syberia Designs:

  • Kokeshi Dolls | Etched Dies
  • Parasols | Press Plate Plate

Other Spellbinders products:

  • Let’s Celebrate Sentiments | Press Plate & Die Set
  • Essential Stylish Ovals | Etches Dies
  • Coastal BetterPress Ink from the Desert Sunset 4 pack

I love the Kokeshi Doll die set!

The base panel is Breeze cardstock. I used white cardstock with Coastal BetterPress Ink on the Parasol Press Plate.

All the flowers on the kimono were die cut in white and colored with copics.

A big thank you to Spellbinders for inviting me to be a guest designer on their blog!

I have been sharing photos of when I was in Kyoto in the Spring last year. Here’s another one:

The photo was taken by my girl at this park.

My card was inspired by these challenges: Color Throwdown

  2. Always love seeing your Japan pics, especially your dressed up ones! Love that you gave your kokeshi some color on her face and that you could enter two challenges with her!
