Here’s how I was inspired by this gorgeous new collection. I’m featuring the Build-A-Garden: Blossoming Freesia.

I have several projects to share so let’s get started:

I’m featuring the Build-A-Garden: Blossoming Freesia bundle. These products are not sold separately:

  • one 4″ x 6″ stamp set containing 21 stamps made in the USA from high-quality photopolymer
  • one simple coloring stencil set containing 4 stencils that coordinate with the stamp set
  • one coordinating die set containing 3 dies
  • one Mini Blending Brush for ink blending

I sneaked in some rectangle dies along with Altenew Gilded Glitter Cardstock.

For my 2nd card I decided to ink up the Freesia bloom but not stencil in color. Here are the products I’m featuring:

Let’s move onto a different color palette:

I stamped the beautiful Freesia image onto watercolor paper and used the coloring stencil:

Do you spy the dry embossed background featuring the Snowy Stars 3D Embossing Folder? I love it in black!

This time I heat embossed the Freesia blooms in gold on vellum. I love the tone-on-tone look.

This is my final project for today:

I combined different elements from this release to design a winter design:

Next up is the amazing LauraJane! In case you get lost, the entire hop listing:

  1. Your cards are GORGEOUS! I love that you left the the floral clean & uncolored. It stands out with the sweater stencil behind it. The snowy star EF in black really puts the card on the top! Love dark backgrounds. Thanks for sharing Amy, much appreciated!

  2. I love your card with the dried petal inks set! So soft and subtle, yet vibrant enough to catch attention. I think the water color paper with it’s texture also draws you in. It’s the little details that draw me in on things. Your cards all have something that make you want to explore them a little more. Beautiful work!

  3. Beautiful cards…I love the blue Freesias one the most, but the one in plum color combo is so beautiful too… Love this new release and all the wonderful inspiration from the designers.

  4. Beautiful ink colors and designs! Have to get that awesome Snowy Stars embossing folder…. added it to my wish list right away! Wonderful cards!
