Lot of Love | Reverse Confetti

Do you own/use a stamping platform?  I remember when they first came out and a crafty friend was explaining it to a group of us.  I didn’t understand what all the type was and now it is a stamping staple for me.  I use to use the stamp-a-ma-jig and still do for my woodmount stamps.

I love the look of repetitive patterns, this is when the stamping platform comes in  handy.  I’m an eyeballer by nature.  I tend to wing things and I’m not fussy about precision.  I call it free form stamping.  Today’s project features the Reverse Confetti Sending Smiles set.  I kept the overall design clean and simple and didn’t add the additional 2 step stamping.

My inspiration for this card is Orla Kiely patterns.  I don’t tend to gravitate to navy’s for cards but love it teamed up with a light mustard color.

The Layered Lots of Love confetti cuts has been cut from vellum [base layer] and the coordinating navy cardstock.  The flower centers have been cut with the coordinating circle confetti cuts for a bit more dimension.

  1. Such an eye-catching card, Amy! Love the look without using the 2nd step images! I still have an old fashioned positioner that I use with wood mounted stamps–glad I kept it!
