Sleigh Ride | Ellen Hutson’s 12 Tags of Christmas

I’m playing along with Ellen Hutson’s 12 Tags of Christmas.  Day Four is Sleigh Ride.

I struggled with this because I don’t seem to have a sleigh in my stash.  So I went with the modern version of a sleigh, a snowboard:
Okay, I know you’re wondering why there is a coffee cup.  Well I googled the lyrics:

There’s a happy feeling nothing in the world can buy
When they pass around the coffee and the pumpkin pie
It’ll nearly be like a picture print by Currier and Ives
These wonderful things are the things we remember all through our lives

So there you go, the All Inside bear is holding tightly onto his latte from Everyday Doodles & Punnies while on his Lawn Fawn Yeti or Not snowboard.

I used the Essentials by Ellen – Slate Gray cardstock with the Hero Arts Nesting Tags.

I was inspired by Emily M’s Layered Tag HERE.  Although I would have LOVED to do the gingham, I challenged myself to use something else, so I used those trees from the [retired] Tree Farm.

The sentiment is from the Warm Fuzzies set.

  1. I have the perfect sized piece of pie for this cutie patoot! So clever – I'm not one bit surprised you knew that particular lyric!
