Whew!  That’s a ton of information but I’m so glad that you made it this far!  I have several projects to share with you so let’s get started!

Here’s a project that uses the May My Monthly Hero kit:
I can’t get enough of that gorgeous Window Fancy Die that is part of the main kit.  Isn’t it gorgeous and so wonderfully details?  I finished off that panel with a sentiment from the kit:

It’s the little things that count

It’s been heat embossed in white.  I teamed it up with a panel that I used the new AF417   Ombre Reactive Spring Day

In case you didn’t see my other kit project that was on the Hero Arts blog yesterday:

Same concept, different colored cardstock…wow, what a difference, eh?

That’s it for me, next up is the FABulous Emily Midgett!  In case you get lost along the way, here’s the entire hop listing:

  1. Your cards are beautiful ! It's really great to be able to compare the two versions of colors and black paper.

  2. Beautiful cards! Love the colors of the backgrounds and that you used a light blue to die cut on the first one. And I'm a big fan of silhouettes so I love the back die cut. Love this kit!

  3. Wow. As always, amazing cards. I learn so much from you an this blog! I think the black frame card is my favourite!

I really want to try the monthly kits but the shipping to the UK is so much that I haven't taken the plunge yet! This would be amazing.

  4. Love how you changed up the color of the background die. Very unexpected…and pretty! Thanks for sharing.

  5. Love the beautiful backgrounds you created with the fun new ink. The black frame is such a stark and fabulous contrast to the background, while the blue frame is a nice, soft touch. Love them both.

  6. Stunning cards! So fun to see similar designs in black vs. a soft blue. Bold versus light and sweet, couldn't pick a favorite as they are both lovely.

  7. This kit is amazing – love the silhouettes and the dies that are included. Your cards are both beautiful.

  8. I loved that you changed up the color for using the circle window die. It shows here soft and striking. Love both cards

  9. I just love your background with both the white and the black for the front. But I think I like the white a bit more. Both are stunning.

  10. Your cards are beautiful, especially your backgrounds! And it's fun (and instructive) to see the difference between the two cards, one with a light color on top and the other with black.

  11. This kit is fantastic and so versatile! Beautiful cards!
I'm totally in love for your second one! The scene is totally adorable and your colouring simply amazing!!!

  12. Oh the window die is beautiful. So interesting how changing the cs color makes such a difference. Lovely cards, great kit!

  13. That tree die is definitely awesome! I love the backgrounds you created, it's fun seeing the same die in different colors – can't believe how different it looks! Thanks for the inspiration 🙂

  14. Two fabulous cards, I do like the tree window for a lot also. Your use of colour on these cards is great, a proper doing feel to them both x

  15. The die cut frame in this kit is sensational. I love how it can be used to make cards that are both elegant and easy. Your backgrounds really make the design of the frame stand out and be appreciated!!
