Yay! It’s October 8th which is the Reverse Confetti Blog Hop! I decided to do the theme: Color Me Mine! So here’s the combo I designed with:
Navy • Lime Green • Tangerine
Here’s how I was inspired, fresh nautical:
I put together this fun giftie duo. The colors aren’t a trio that I’ve ever worked with but it reminds me of preppy fresh nautical. Let’s start with the card first:
My card base starts off with a Navy panel. I used panels from the Warm Heart 6×6. Do you see the pops of Lime Green cardstock? I used the Seaside stamps and coordinating confetti cuts. I used Navy + Tangerine dye ink. I did some tone-on-tone stamping on the Lime Green strip and anchor stamp. Love that anchor in glittery gold cardstock. The Scallop Tag Layer adds so much fun to the design! Do you spy the Fright Night orange + white gingham strip?
Next up is a bit of a giftie:
The Bitty Window Bag is so much fun. The possibilities are endless. I thought adding the goldfish crackers would be a fun treat. The tag is from the Tag Duo. Keeping with the color trio:
The tag has been cut in a Navy/Lime Green duo. The cute Octo from the Seaside stamp set has been stamped in Navy.
That’s it for me…make sure you check out my other teamies:

Great little ensemble! I don't usually add green in with nautical, but I really like it! I might have to try that now!
