Hero Arts is giving away one kit as a prize to one blog reader – selected from the comments across all of the blogs in the hop. Giveaway closes Sunday, June 11th at 11:59pm, and the winner will be announced on the Hero Arts blog the  following week.

My hop project focuses on the optional add-on products:
Let’s start at the bottom and work our way up!  The base is a panel from the Foliage Mix Layering Papers.  This card is a smidge smaller than an A2.  I decided to trim it down to 5 inches by 4 inches.  I wanted the tag to really POP.

My second panel is from the Earth Mix Layering Papers pack.  I stamped the Mud Cloth Bold Prints in Soft Brown Shadow Ink.  I used the Tag Infinity Dies on a panel from the Foliage Mix Layering Paper pack and stamped it with the Tribal Stripes Bold Prints in Green Apple Bold Ink.  I layered some linen ‘ribbon’ that I had in my stash and then added the sentiment and luggage from the Go On a Safari stamp set.
The sentiment has been stamped in Mulled Wine Bold Ink.  I’m loving the contrasting patterns and texture on this card.  Perfect for anyone going on a trip or any other type of adventure.

Need more inspiration?  I had a project up on the Hero Arts Blog over the weekend that featured products from the Main Kit:

I snuck in the Tribal Stripes Bold Prints and some pale blue vellum that I had in my stash.

That’s it from me…next up is the amazing Ilina Crouse.  In case you get lost along the way, here’s the entire hop listing:

  17. Now I'm not terribly big on stencils, but these are most definitely tripping my trigger! I'm madly in love with your first card, Amy!! The colors grabbed me first, then those fabulous stencils wowed me. LOVE those greens!!! Wonderful stamps, too. Your second card is equally wonderful. That stencil really makes this card special. I can see this used for many, many masculine cards! I might have to mosey over to HA and see what's left, lol!! Have a great week, dear friend. Bev
