Hello! I’m up on the Hero Arts blog today but I also made a card especially for my blog today! So I’m partially in Holiday mode….how about you?! Hero Arts has a Holiday Cardmaking Challenge:
So here is how I was inspired!
I started with the beautiful Holiday Floral Background stamp that I embossed in white on a Blush Mix Layering Paper panel. I layered the Foliage Mix Layering Paper panel Antique Poinsettia image with a Blush Mix Layering Paper panel Antique Poinsettia Image.
It seemed so ‘serious’ so I added a vellum tag with the ho ho ho sentiment.
I think it gives the design a more playful feel, don’t you agree?
Pop over to the Hero Arts blog to see another card I designed that uses the Holiday Floral Background stamp!

Ohhhhhhh this is gorgeous! LOVING that poinsettia!!!!!!!!!!!!
Definitely playful, Miss Amy! What a sweet Christmas card! That red base is so rich, and your embossing is just fabulous. While I do like the poinsettia, I think the vellum sentiment panel with its sweet white bow that makes this card. Love it. Heading over to HA now… Bev
