Hello and Happy June!  Today is the start of the Reverse Confetti June SFYTT:

Isn’t it a great sketch?!  So many possibilities!  Here’s how I was inspired:


I adore the sentiments/fonts that are a part of the Butterfly Dreams set!

I love using this set with ombre inks.  It really makes for a fun design!  I used the Hero Arts Ombre Lime to Forever Green.  I used the coordinating Confetti Cuts but did a watercolor wash with my Peerless Watercolors and then cut out the smaller butterflies.  I finished them up with a smidge of gold embossing.  

Originally the watercolor panel was plain but I ended up using a MFT stencil with Fresh Ink Birch.  It complements the gold accents.

  7. Love the combination of the big ombre butterfly with the watercolored ones and great sparkle too!

  10. Very, very beautiful! There is so much I love here… the ombre big butterfly, the smidge of gold in the little butterflies, and I think that using the MFT stencil with that particular color was a great addition, love!
