Papertrey Ink December Blog Hop: May Your Cup Runneth Over

I wasn’t going to hop today but woke up early enough to whip a card together for the Papertrey Ink December Blog Hop!  Isn’t this month’s inspiration gorgeous?  I’m always a fan of the black chalkboard technique.  If I have enough time today, I’d like to experiment with my new Acryla Gouche.

So I was inspired by the:

colors:  red, white, black + green✔︎
circles✔︎
linen texture✔︎

Here’s the end result:

I used a Pure Poppy base that I ran through with the Linen Impression plate.  Perhaps if you squinted you might be able to see the texture?  I was able to combine Latte Love + Tea for Two Addition Stamp Sets.  To bring in the pretty greens, I paper pieced the coffee cup with Basic Grey Juniper Berry.

Here are the (linked) Papertrey Ink products I used in today’s card:

latte love

tea for two

linen
pure poppy

Looking forward to being inspired by everyone!
