A just for fun card!
cardstock: recollections/110/white, hero arts sea layering papers paper: basic grey adrift stamps: mama elephant blogging buddies /ella & friends ink: ranger archival black other: mama elephant blogging buddies dies/peek a frame
I’ve been trying to create those more often…my design teams keep me hoppin’ and so I’m trying to spread the inky love to my other sets! I bought all the stamps and dies on today’s card at the Mama Elephant event (which I hope to make an annual tradition!). That Peek a Boo Frame is fun, you’ll see that a lot!
The patterned paper is Basic Grey’s Adrift (Thanks Katie!!) and the blue cardstock is Hero Arts Sea Layering paper.
It’s been a bit busy here on the home front. Darin’s Dad is recuperating at the hospital from his earlier surgery, Darin’s been busy at work and helping to manage his Dad’s care…me? Work is busy, my townhouse is on the market (second tenant to break their lease, sigh), currently recruiting a real Design Team for the Coffee Lovers Blog Hops:
Something fun that happened this week was I went on my first Night Flight with Darin:
It really is hard to capture the beauty of all the lights and just the sense of calm that occurs♡ Totally different from my last commercial night flight from Newark to Seattle where I was sitting in the middle of 2 men, one that was all elbows and another man that was sitting in a portion of my seat. I would have rather sat beside a crying baby…but in all honesty, I was thankful to have been able to spend the time with my family and added perks of getting to go to the Mama Elephant event♥

Your card is absolutely adorable, and bonus points for crafting just for the fun of it! Love the little window scene you created. That computer table is so fun, and I adore your "wallpaper". Really love the tiny bit of watercolor wash behind the sentiment on the computer screen, too. What a great touch!
You are one busy lady! But you manage it all so beautifully! Love your night flight photo. That must have been so serene!
I love this card. It would be awesome if you made it an annual trip! Each year will be more fun than the last 😉
The computer screen peeking out behind the window is just adorable!
