you warm my heart

I wanted to play with my Die-namics Snowflake Fusion Cover-up:
cardstock:  papertrey ink kraft/vellum, mft steel grey, stampin’ up cherry cobbler  stamps:  mft/perk up  ink:  zing/white  other:  mft snowflake fusion cover-up, gold thread
 
I’m still smitten with this color combo:

MFT Steel Grey
SU Cherry Cobbler
 
I also used a PTI vellum strip and gold stitching.
 
The sentiment is from the MFT Perk Up set.

I wanted to share a quick photo I took of my son’s 12 days of Christmas:
 
 
 
 I used THESE printables.   I kept them super simple and tied them together by using the Studio Calico Wonderland collection and doilies.  I used bigger bags for this set and stitched down the panel, a good way to keep everything neat & tidy and quite frankly, there is no peeking.

  15. This card is so cool Amy. Love that fun background and burgandy panel. Your 12 days for your son are so elegant looking. I just sent off mine to my SIL in England today. She did all 24 days for us last year.

  21. is this the COOLEST XMAS COUNTDOWN ever in the whole history of the world??!?! ok, yepper, i think it might be! love that the stitching makes them more beautiful AND tamper-proof. that's the sort of thing ppl like me need in a sequential treat sequence. some of us are just NOT trustworthy in that way, lol. 🙂
