such a perfect day

Fall inspired cards are definitely one of my favorites!

I was in a local scrapbooking shop that is closing up shop.  I picked up some of the Carta Bella Perfect Autumn collection:

See that wooden element?  It’s from Stampin’ Up that I covered in German Glass Glitter..um yeah, love that stuff.  Anywho’s their veneer comes in plastic containers {yes to great storage!} in sets of 36 pieces for $4.95, can’t beat that!

  23. Great card Amy! I hate to hear of another scrapbooking store closing up shop though. We have lost all of the small independently owned ones in our area and all I have left is Hobby Lobby. Just makes me sad!

  26. ah yes, the great "catch22" of craft economy: the shop is closing… (DANG!) …but the stuff's on a GREAT sale… meanwhile this is an AWESOME take on the fusion sketch, totally making me want to have another try, i HATE when a sketch "beats" me, lol!!! 🙂
