I love using the Reverse Confetti Stone cardstock as a basic neutral base. I’ve managed to layer the gorgeous Linked Circles Cover Panel with the Dots Tag Layer. The pops of color are Rose Cardstock and Rose Dye Ink. How appropriate to team it up with the Rose Garden Stamp Set + Coordinating Confetti Cuts.
