Fall | Pretty Pink Posh

Hello and Happy Friday Eve! My project was inspired by the newest Inspired by Challenge: ice cream cones

I was inspired by Fall theme… My card features the following products by Pretty Pink Posh:

  • Big Fall Cupcake | dies
  • Fall Script | die
  • Fall Mug Additions | dies
  • Notched Squares | dies
  • Eyelet Rectangles | dies
  • Sentiment Strips – Fall | stamps

The cardstock and paper:

  • My Favorite Things – Painted Prints Citrus | 6×6
  • Concord & 9th – Sunflower | cardstock
  • Concord & 9th – Cayenne | cardstock
  • Concord & 9th – Gold Glitter | paper

I generally take the literal crafty translation of the inspiration photo but I didn’t have the elements in my stash so I went with the overall Fall Theme.

I actually had a different card that I made originally but pulled it and added more details, here’s the original:

…versus this one:

I can’t wait to see how my teamies were inspired!

I was inspired by the Color Hues Challenge:

  1. Amy, I do like the original, but the scarf around the cupcake did it for me. So happy to have this darling card starting off our gallery at Color Hues. Thanks for playing.

  2. Awwwww…what a sweet card Amy! I like both versions too but maybe the stepped up one a bit more. This card definitely fits the Fall weather we’ve been having here in West Michigan with temps in the 80’s and we’re all still craving ice cream!! Thanks so much for sharing this FUN card with us at Color Hues!! Marcia (DT) :0)

  3. Ooh, what fun to add the scarf around this delightful Fall cupcake, Amy! I love all the texture and dimension of this card! Thanks so much for sharing it with us at Color Hues!

  4. I most definitely love the addition of the scarf! You did such a marvelous job with their Mood Board and our Color Hues colors. Love all of the layers and the unique take on an autumnal card. Thanks so much for playing!
