Today I’m featuring the adorable Honey Jar set:

I have a TON of patterned paper so I decided to incorporate a couple panels in my design. Typically my style is clean and simple but I thought that the patterns would make the images pop.

All the images have been stamped in black and colored with copic markers. I added some black embroidery thread thread to the honey jar.

The sentiment has been heat embossed in white on black cardstock.

Next up is Bibi Cameron! For the full listing, please scroll down to the bottom of this post.

  1. Such a beautiful design. Love the way you incorporated papers to bring forward the Honey Jar.

  2. I absolutely love how you used the paper to make the image pop and how you coloured your images; but my favourite part is the thread you used on the lid! It reminded me of the small country stores I went to as a child.

  3. I am learning to color with copic markers but not even close to your talent. The embroidery thread is a great addition. Thank you for sharing.

  4. Great take on this bee-you-tiful stamp set Amy! 😃 I like the cardstock pattern you choose for the background, never would’ve thought of that myself! Just a great card!

  5. So very “sweet!” My mouth is watering looking at the honey jar – yum!! Thanks for sharing such a creative design!

  6. What a lovely card. The string around the cloth top, that and your coloring, really makes it look real. I love that.

  7. Your card reminds me of growing up, and eating the fruits and flavors of summer with my family. I totally love it!

  8. your card is my favorite of all i have seen!!!stunning!!! love the printed paper with it in the bacground!!
