Autumn Afternoon Release Blog Hop | Honey Bee Stamps

I’m super excited to be a part of the Honey Bee Stamps Autumn Afternoon New Release blog hop!  If you’ve hopped here from the awesome Leanne West’s blog, you’re right on track.  If not, you’ll want to start with the Honey Bee Stamps blog so that you don’t miss out on any of the fun.  There’s a $25 Honey Bee Stamps Gift Card as a giveaway.  You hop and comment along the way!

I had so much fun with the caffeinated products from this release.  Let’s get started on my first project that features:

Coffee Stamp Set
Coffee Honey Cuts
Coffee Bean Background Stamp

I went with an aqua and coffee color duo.  The Coffee Bean Background has been heat embossed in white on an aqua panel.  I layered the Coffee Honey Cuts in the same color palette.

The sentiment from the Coffee stamp set has been stamped in an aqua ink.

My next card is a slimline using the same color palette as my first design but this time using these products:

Latte Stamp Set
Latte Honey Cuts
Treat Yo Self Stamp Set
Treat Yo Self Honey Cuts
Coffee Bean Background Stamp

Although you can’t see much of the Coffee Bean Background on the Coffee colored Cardstock, you see enough to add a bit of interest, rather than just the solid cardstock.  The edges of the ovals have been distressed in the same dark brown ink that the Coffee Bean Background was stamped in.

The To Go cups from Treat Yo Self have been stamped in black.  I’ve paper pieced aqua sleeves for each cup.

Love the sentiment which is a combo from the Latte Stamp Set and coordinating Honey Cuts.

Okay guys, I did it!  I used the House Builder Card Base Honey Cuts with the Coffee Shop House Builder Add-On Honey Cuts.  It was so fun deciding colors and elements:
I decided on Kraft, Green and pops of Pink!  Can you see ‘inside’ the shop?  I used a panel from the Honey Bee Stamps Holiday Traditions 6×6. It is a wood grain.  I was going to make the coffee counter solid but liked the cleaner look of a floating shelf.  Hey, I’ve been watching a ton of HGTV while on my daily dreadmill workout!

I folded a piece of cardstock in half and used the house base honey cut to create a folding card.  All the stamped images are from the Coffee Shop House Builder Add-On Stamp set.

Here are the copics I used:
R00 | R30
YG01 | YG03
YG09 | G07
E41 | E42
E31 | E55
T2

Here’s the interior of the card.  I used the Coffee Stamp Set and the coordinating Honey Cuts for the sentiment.  You have a better peek at the woodgrain paper that was also used in the window on the exterior of the card.

I can’t wait to hop around today and see how everyone was inspired.  Next up is Carol Hintermeier!
