Reverse Confetti Countdown to Confetti Day 1: Some Heroes

Hey there ‘Fetti Fans, it’s the Countdown to Confetti Day 1!!!!

On the 8th all the new Reverse Confetti stamps and confetti cuts will be available for purchase. We will be counting down the fun until New Release Day!

Our August ‘Fetti Friends:

We’re also welcoming Heather Hoffman to the Reverse Confetti Crew!

Today, we’re featuring

Cute As A Button stamps + Onesie confetti cuts
ABC Cover Panel
Rounded Rectangle Band

Just Brew It (stamps + confetti cuts)
Big Stripes Tag Layer confetti cuts
Hang Ups, Too confetti cuts

I have two cards to share with you today, let’s start with the one that features Cute As a Button!

The Snuggle is Real…don’t you just love that?!  I inked up the onesie with Hero Arts Ombre Pool to Navy.  Do you see the vellum panel?  I used the Rounded Rectangle Band Confetti cut.  It’s a great way to anchor images!

This should have been the last card I made but it was the second so yes, my fingers are all blue.  I used Ultramarine Blue + Pthalo Green Color Bursts on the ABC Cover Panel.  Didn’t it turn out fun?!  I decided to keep the panel intact so that the color burst had a nice flow to it.  I finished the card off with a wooden clothespin.

Next up is my card that uses the Just Brew it set:
Yay for a new coffee set!  This one is a fun one with great sentiments!  I used the Heroes one:

Some heroes wear  capes
Mine makes coffee

How awesome is that?!  I teamed it up with the Big Stripes Tag Layer confetti cut along with the Hang Ups, Too.  Do you spy the Whole Lotta Dots?  I just used my Versamark pad so that they were tone on tone (both on the base panel and on the Hang Ups too.

My card design was inspired by the August SFYTT:
..and by the Color Throwdown:
I can’t wait to hop around and see what my teamies designed!  Leave a comment on all the sneak peeks post for each designer.  Comments will close at noon CST on August 7th and there will be a $15 Gift Certificate for one blog commenter and also one FB commenter.
