Introducing the Potted Succulent:

I’m a big fan of the tone-on-tone look…the Potted Succulent was inked up with Butter Bar Shadow ink and I stamped the sentiment, from the Hello Gorgeous clear set.  I couldn’t resist putting a thin strip of gold glitter on my card.

Next up is Jayne!

In case you get lost along the way, here’s the hop listing:

  5. Amy, I too and a lover of tone on tone!!! And always love anything that has a little bling, so I love the gold. It adds the perfect touch. I think the HA Catalog has great stamps and colors in it this year, I can't wait to see it hitting the stores! I figure if I buy a little at a time, no one can take away my checkbook ( meaning my hubby), but then again……I could just hide it!!!! LOL

  8. Love the tone on tone. Great story: Yrs ago, our 14 yr old son was w me picking up a new car. A real downpour of rain started as I was pulling off one freeway onto another and a huge truck passed me, splashing more water onto the windshield. Needed to turn the wipers up, FAST but couldn't find the switch. Rob looked over and said "just breath Mom." I did. It worked. Still brings tears to my eyes! ♡ Love the sentiment Amy.

  9. A nice, simple card. My mom would like it as she hates glitter and bling. I am totally opposite but to each his/her own. I like this because it does have a little glitter…lol!
