The Hero Arts Valentine’s Collection is Here!

Hello Hello!!  The Hero Arts 2016 Valentine’s Collection is now available!  We’re hopping and sharing some of the new products!  You should have arrived here from the wonderful Mariana’s blog!  If not, you’ll want to start at the Hero Arts Blog.

Today I have 3 cards to share!  I had so much fun playing with the new products and it was a refreshing change from holiday projects.

First up is Love Stamp & Cut:

I combined Blush Layering Papers.  Do you see the XO stamping on the side strip?  That is from the Love Stamp & Cut.  I used Red Royal Shadow Ink.  I backed the love with glitter cardstock.  The overall design is so clean & simple but the gold glitter gives it BAM♡

Next up is the You Are My Happy set:

This is one of those must have sets.  It is chock full of sentiments in different fun fonts.  This is a tall & skinny card at 3.5 x 5.5 inches.  I started with Blush Layering and stamped the Woodgrain Bold Prints by Lia in Soft Pink Shadow Ink.  I used the You’re The Bestest sentiment in Tide Pool Shadow Ink.

I started with a watercolor paper base and brushed a soft blue wash.  The Floral Heart Stamp & Cut is gorgeous.  I used Blush Layering paper and heat embossed the sentiment in White.

I generally take a photo of all my projects together but with the dark + dreary weather we’ve been experiencing in Seattle, I’ve had to go to the small photo tent.
Giveaway – we’re giving away one collection of clear stamps and dies from the release to one lucky commenter, picked from comments left on everyone’s posts, received by 11:59pm PST on Sunday, December 13th. We’ll announce the winner on the Hero Arts blog next week!

Next up is the awesome Yana!

  1. Ohhhhhhhhhhh these are just gorgeous! LOVING the wood grain one!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  2. A wood grain design is not one I would usually consider for Valentine's Day, but I do now! All of these cards are so pretty.

  3. Like all things heart shaped. Like the gold sparkle of love sentiment. Like the CAS w/ style of the sentiment on woodgrain backgrain. Like the heart die.

  4. All of these are simple, elegant and so gorgeous! I think the last one with the beautiful heart die cut might be my favorite.

  5. All three designs are lovely and each portrays a special message through the use of color as in the third design where the use of blue behind the heart portrays a "true blue" love which pairs quite nicely with the sentiment "You will always be in my heart "

  6. The heart die is gorgeous and would love to have it to make awesome Valentine Day cards. Thanks for the chance to win some new goodies to play with.

  7. Beautiful cards, Miss Amy! That glitter on the 'love' is amazing! Really does make it pop. The woodgrain on the skinny card is subtle and lovely. And I love that sweet little heart! Wonderful cards, just love them! Bev

  8. Love all your cards, my fave is the last one with the blue and red color combo, just stunning!

  9. I love making Valentine's Day Cards, thanks for the inspiration!

  16. All 3 are fun, but the first one is so very perfect with the valentines theme, and you did a great job with the set.

  17. I love simple cards. They make a statement if done right. All three of your cards are excellant. Thanks

  18. Love the simplicity of your pretty cards and how easy they'd be to mass produce (if needed).
