Creative Chick 10th Blogiversary Celebration: coffee taglets

Did you see that Jenn Shurkus is celebrating 10 years of blogging?!

Seriously, how awesome is that?!  I’ll be celebrating my 8th blogaversary in November and I’ve seen a lot in that time…babies, graduations, retirements, new bloggers, new challenges….

Jenn is doing a bunch of fun stuff on her blog this month!  Today I’m joining in the CASE’ing challenge where you find a project on her blog and well, CASE it.  HERE’S the one that I knew I was going to use!

If you follow me on IG, you may have seen this yesterday.  It was a sneak peek of one of today’s projects!

Really, the process started with this tag card:

cardstock:  papertrey ink kraft, stampin’ up gumball green, bo bunny cardstock  stamps:  tim holtz/fresh brewed blueprints  ink:  ranger archival black, fresh ink/grass  other:  memory box stencil, create a smile chippie

Gotta LOVE Tim’s Fresh Brewed Blueprints set…..This card measures 3.25 x 5.0 inches.  What I meant to stamp is the frappuccino image…but for some reason I grabbed the to go cup.  I went with it and did some masking and stenciling.  Love how the Fresh Ink Grass and Stampin’ Up Gumball Green coordinate and POP.  The enjoy?  It’s a chippie from Create a Smile Stamps!

So I went ahead and made another tag card with the Frap image:

This taglet is going to Toni of Frankie Helps Craft!  Big Birthday wishes to Toni as she celebrates her birthday today!!!  What could be better than a cool refreshing drink as the weather is forecasted to get to 87 degrees as a high where I live, it’s forecasted to get to 94 degrees…gah.

This one measures 3.25 x 5.5.  I decided to use the Memory Box star stencil on with one….I dehoarded one of those glorious pineapples << —– yes, I love pineapples!

Do you see the lid?  I covered it in glossy accents:

Did you know that Starbucks did a test run of a Copacabana Frap?  Ooohhh…it sounds delish!  Truthfully, although I LOVE Fraps, I don’t buy them, I splurge on the iced soy green tea lattes.

Here are my tag cards side-by-side:

I had sooooo much fun designing these!  Thanks Jenn for the awesome inspiration!!!!!!!
