hello.

Happy Saturday!  Today is suppose to be a glorious day in the Pacific Northwest.  Tonya & I are headed into Seattle and we’re eventually meeting up with Kate at the Starbucks Roastery.

I posted this sneak peek over on FB yesterday.

Which then became this:

cardstock:  stampin’ up hello honey, strathmore watercolor  stamps:  essentials by ellen/mondo magnolia, avery elle/tea time  ink:  ranger/archival/black, watercolors, clear embossing powder
Love that large Avery Elle Circle tag!  The Hello is Essentials by Ellen/Mondo Magnolia and the tea cup is Avery Elle/Tea Time.   The background stamping is Essentials by Ellen/Bold Blooms.

Here’s the interior, the washi is a green woodgrain…it looks blue in the photo.

I was inspired by the

Mixin’ it up with Avery Elle!

(think Spring tea party!)

  1. Adorable inside and out. I bet you guys had fun in Seattle. I love that little tag and your scribble flowers background and the inside too with that awesome bold sentiment Amy.

  2. Sounds like you are in for an amazing day today, my friend! And seriously! What a cute, cute card! I LOVE the small square shape and love that round tag with the adorable teacup. I really love how you have it stamped slightly off the edge and the stamped flowers in the background are just brilliant!
Have a wonderful weekend, and happy Mother's Day!

  3. Love this background stamping and the golden colors. Your tea cup tag is darling… a lovely little card!
Have a wonderful Saturday… sounds like you will. We went to a birthday party… water balloon fights and everything… now we are back home and exhausted, lol!

  4. Sweet design! This weekend we're trying to get back on Hawaii time after a short stay in Guam. I really would love to get some cards done though!

  5. Awesome card Amy! Especially love the inside font. My crafty plans included driving a distance to a papercraft store which holds crops 2 Fridays a month. The women were talkative, filled with laughter, caring and…it was fabulicious! The store sells all the brands we see on our fav blogs and displays their products WITH sample cards. Soooo cool and soooo much fun deciding what to purchase. Lol.

  6. Love, love, love this! Th color contrast between the soft green and the background….AWESOME!

  7. I really hope you had a wonderful trip to seattle! Love the card! The background is so pretty with that circle tag! ❤️
