papertrey ink: december 2014 blog hop

Happy Boxing Day!

Today’s the day for the papertrey ink

I was inspired by the gorgeous bar necklaces.  Who doesn’t love the look of gold and silver?

Combining them, that’s a challenge:

cardstock:  papertrey ink, chickaniddy crafts/goldie lox  stamps:  papertrey ink phrase play #3/rosie posie  ink:  zing white, delicata silvery shimmer  other:  teresa collins gold sequins, gold thread, paper source glassine envelope

The Chickaniddy Crafts Goldie Lox cardstock is difficult to photog but I LOVE using it.  I heat embossed a sentiment from Phrase Play #3 on it.

I don’t use the Delicata Silvery Shimmer enough, it really is gorgeous.

I’m such a fan of the shaker cards but really love using the glassine bags to make them super quick.  I dumped a bunch of the awesome big Teresa Collins’ sequins in there.  My friend is going to love this card…gold + silver = yes, please!

I can’t wait to see all the inspiration for this month’s blog hop!

Thank you so much for stoppin’ by!
