We have a new sponsor, Winnie&Walter, for the Curtain Call Inspiration: Clearly Christmas!
A randomly selected participant in the Clearly Christmas challenge will receive a $30 Winnie&Walter shopping code, while the LEAD will be invited as a Guest Designer in a future challenge!
I played with
I couldn’t wait to emboss the sentiment on vellum.
cardbase:  american crafts/keylime  cardstock: recollections/white, papertrey ink vellum  stamps:  winnie & walter/the big, the bold and seasons  ink:  zing/white, distress ink/tumbled glass
You might not be able to tell, but the card base is American Crafts in Key Lime.  I love these card sets!  I cut the card bases in half and this particular one, I trimmed it down to 3.5 inches skinny.
I love the font on Winnie & Walter sets…they are so fun and versatile!
I incorporated the silver from the photo by using a plain old staple 🙂  The polkas are compliments of Distress Stain in Tumbled Glass.
Make sure you visit each of the designers’ blogs for more inspiration!

  1. What a wonderful card, Amy, I love the sentiment on the vellum with the dots background! Happy Tuesday.

  2. Looks gorgeous Amy! Love how the vellum is the perfect counter-balance for all that awesome glitz! Such an awesome stamp set too!

  3. BAMM! LOVE it….have I told you lately that you work wonders with VELLUM?!!!!! (smiles)

  4. The W&W stamps look so good embossed in white on vellum and I love the way you attached it to the card. I never think of doing different sized cards, need to broaden (or skinny) my horizons and try something new. Thanks for the inspiration!
